The Marks Family Charitable Trust was established in 1971 by Simon Marks, later 3rd Baron Marks of Broughton, to support and encourage charitable work mostly in the UK, but also internationally.

The Trust seeks to support young people, with an emphasis on education and health, refugees to the UK, and the promotion of the Arts.
Today, the Marks Family Charitable Trust supports some 10-20 charitable organisations per year and continues to be family run.
